Agero - Irritated client
I called State Farm, they use Agero, as their 3rd patry ERS vendor. I was told by the call center rep at Agero that he timeframe was one hour for the local service provider to show up.
The SP never showed up. I called twice and left 2 messages, called back into Agero a total of 3x's now, cannot locate or get hold of the SP, meanwhile, Agero was quick to charge my MC for excess mileage charges and so far I have calling and callong, houng through hoops to get my refund back. I am still fighting it. Going back to the service provider, they still hadn't shown up after give and half hours and of course, I was waiting in the snow.
This is very unacceptable. Whenever you see this name, Agero, do not use this company.
This is not a bety good company to deal with and of course they have partnerships with service providers (SP's) worse than them. I will be contacting tje BBB as well
