Made complaints to Agero head office by phone, email, they gave me $25 gift card and apologized.

On April 24, I called Subaru Roadside Assistance at 11 am, received a text said towing company coming in 90 minutes, waited then another text said 30 minutes delay. I called them and they cancelled this company and got another company, a text said coming in 60 minutes, waited then a text said 30 minutes delayed. Whole process was a lie, I called the towing company and the staff of roadside assistance all said help is on the way, but no one show up in 4 hours.

I called AAA who showed up in 30 minutes.

Received follow up call from Sophia Ousman of Agero Roadside assistance 3 days after this incident, she just briefly said it won't happen again, not taking it seriously.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.
