I had been a vendor for Cross Country ( Agero Parent) they were great to deal with . Agero controls a significant part of the ERS market.

so I thought what the heck would be nice to have the added income. the reason your experience with them is so bad is they tell the company this is what you will do this for.. then they send it to the audit department and a call that would pay 100.00 now only pays 30.00 finding good quality companies that will deal with this is not going to happen, so they force companies to use below par employees and equipment. they should be investigated under the Sherman Act, and federal Anti Trust laws.

because they put the general public at risk, then hide behind "sub contractor protection" they dont want to pay a fair price to have trained, qualified, none felon vendors, and until enough customers and business stand up to them it wont change. but be very cautious they will bury you in law suites, paper work from all that money they are saving from controlling the market and forcing vendors to work for way less than fair compensation.

Reason of review: attempting to work with them as a vendor.

Monetary Loss: $28450.

Preferred solution: stop being bullies and work to resolve customer and provider issues and dispan the Advocacy group !.
