April 17, 2018: My day from *** #Agero was to tow a 2005 Grey Nissan SEDAN, at my condo and took my 2013 Grey Nissan COUPE instead!

After filing a POLICE report and Insurance claim, around 3 PM, I get a call patched through, from my local police that they dumped my car back and all they could say was "SORRY".

It was a day of *** Thoughts of having to replace my car, with the depreciation value and loss, pain and suffering for the day was a nightmare. I will file a dispute with all agencies that affect towing companies.

They promised to get back to me with a resolution now I know that will never happen. The driver should have checked year, model, license number and vin number, crazy

Reason of review: they made a BIG mistake.

Monetary Loss: $30000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Failure to pay for damages, Covering and concealing evidence, Fraudulent acts against consumers, Failure to protect the life and safety of consumers.
